Fraya knows that the journey of self-realization is a lifelong one.
Her own path started when she was a Probation Officer in Canada, seeing people change under her care and inspiring her to spread her message of compassion, acceptance and self-love around the world.
Fraya has spent decades learning what it means to live as an empath and has drawn upon her experience to create a simple, effective method of setting boundaries & removing limiting beliefs
