About

I am a lifelong Westporter, and a graduate of Brown University. A fulltime freelance writer, my work has appeared in the New York Times, USA Today and Sports Illustrated.

My many corporate clients have included Monster.com and  Tauck World Discovery.  I am the author of 17 books, and an award-winning columnist. “Woog’s World” has appeared in the Westport News every Friday since 1986.

I am also an advocate for LGBTQ issues, particularly youth and sports.
