Bernadette Lecza, LPC is a research therapist and study coordinator at the Yale Mood Disorders Research Program. She brings expertise to her work with individuals diagnosed with mood disorders and has helped countless individuals to reduce their symptoms, regulate their emotions, and manage their moods. She has contributed to the publication of numerous papers in the fields of psychology and psychiatry. Her current focus is on suicide prevention and is passionate about continuing her work in delivering cutting-edge therapeutic interventions to improve the lives of so many struggling with issues of mental health.
